Thaaaaaaat's more like it. mmmmmm. (Except, as I don't eat red meat, I have to use ground turkey...but still gorgeous.)

I can never find proper Irish cheddar here. :(

It is really hard to find we get it at the commissary on base.. have you tried whole foods? they have loads of cheeses.
