Look what I made!
Why- BACON ICE CREAM, of course!
First, I made a caramel ice cream base. Then, I candied some bacon:
and while it cooled, I started freezing the ice cream:
When it was nearly done, I chopped the bacon:
and added it to the ice cream:
mixed it through:
and ate it!
And.. it's GOOD. Really!
