XD I'll eat an entire tray if I don't pay attention.

We use rosemary and thyme in our version instead of cumin and chili pepper.

i love potatoes and i love the simpleness of this recipe. i make a similar one, but use lots of rosemary.

Yeah, I just prefer the slight bite and spice of the cumin-chili combination.
