does anyone have a good and hearty recipe for colcannon? i want to make this traditional irish dish for samhain. i've googled and searched and there are various versions of it...some are made with kale whil others call for cabbage. i'd like to add ham to it. what's the best hearty recipe you have ( Read more... )

yes, and i also like to use savoy cabbage. i personally think it's got a better flavor :D
