Shepherd's Pie
Just thought I'd share pictures of my dinner last night :)
I'd been craving these for a while!
Shepherd's Pie! As you can tell from the first picture, my oven's heat distribution is uneven. I even turned the pie over but it was taking too long to even out and I was starving so out of the oven it came.
My dinner :D The salad is just various lettuce leaves that I tossed with some pine nuts and sultannas, and honey mustard dressing. It was delicious!
I actually used grated Tasty cheese instead of Mozzarella and it was really great! I had 3 servings :P
