Final summer hurah
sarah_y & I did our final grill duty today.
Everything we cooked was done on the grill.
We started with Scallops wrapped in Bacon:
Spinach and Strawberry Salad (not grilled):
The main dish was a whole chicken:
...and there was not much left:
We did save room for desert of peach cobbler:
With Ice cream of course:
Yummy!! The guys feel we have topped out on class and are going to work to lower the bar on their next grill dates :) sarah_y is going to continue her education so I will be solo for a while....till I get her back here.
