You can wrap anything in bacon....

One of my favorite things this year about grilling season:

Bacon Wrapped Corn.

Seriously. Here is what you do:

Take husks *off corn and de-silk them. Wrap one piece of bacon around each ear of corn in a spiral manner, pushing it onto the corn so it sticks. Wrap in tinfoil, and poke some holes in the foil with a fork. Don't forget the holes, or the bacon will just steam and be soggy and look undone. Grill over med heat for 7-10 minutes or until bacon is done. Remove foil and consume. Realize that next time you should make twice as much.

It's seriously the best thing, ever. No need for butter or salt, your corn will be crisp and slightly browned, and coated in bacon-y awesomeness.

*Original recipe called for peeling husks back, de-silking, and then wrapping the bacon clad corn back up with the still intact husks and securing with twine. I have found it's very hard to find corn that has a long enough stem intact to find enough husks that are even attached at the base. Also the husks tend to catch fire.
