Pizza!

Okay, so I posted about making pizza tomorrow, but I just couldn't wait. I made the dough by modifying a recipe from "Bake Your Own Breads And Be Healthy" (a really old book, I don't think it's still in print). I put italian herbs in it. I flattened it into a vague circle and baked it for ten minutes, took it out, and put on the toppings: homemade sauce (tomato paste, parmesan cheese, salt, water, garlic powder), parmesan cheese (like I said in my previous post, we don't have any mozarella), baby spinach, sliced green peppers, mushrooms, tomato slices, and pre cooked sausage chunks. Then I baked it again for 10-15 minutes. I kinda just watched it until it looked the way I thought it should.

It turned out wonderfully! Pictures here!

The only problems I saw were that the crust was a little too tough around the edges, and a teeny big soggy in the middle. Also, it was a bit too salty, but I guess that's just because of the cheeses I used.

Any tips on how to keep it from being soggy?
