Pho Ga

I have about 2 lbs of combined chicken bones, offal, and skin that I hadn't used up from last night's dinner. I'm interested in making stock and I figure, why not pho ga? Now, is the aforementioned chicken parts I have enough to make the stock? I'm not looking to make a gallon of stock. If I do have enough parts for pho ga, can someone please provide a recipe? I only seem to find pho tai recipes.
