I'm so at the end of my budget, and my cabinets are definitely reflecting that fact. Ive got two boxes of ziti, a pound of ground beef, a pound of local raw-milk fresh white cheddar, two tomatoes, and garlic.
I was thinking of browning the beef with a clove of finely minced garlic and tossing it in with the pasta, along with the cheddar (cubed) and the tomatoes, and then tossing all of it with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper.
Thoughts? Ideas?
