It is a nice dish. I can get boneless chicken legs here, which I rather prefer for dishes like this because you don't have to treat them quite so delicately.
Yup, same basic thing- mix the raw cauliflower florets in a cheese sauce, place into bake-able container mix bread crumbs (we used panko) with some melted butter, spread on top of the cauliflower and bake until cooked through and browned on top.
