Frozen ground beef - acceptable color palette?
Hey guys,
So I have some frozen ground beef. I'm not 100% when I put it in the freezer, relative to its expiration date. It's sort of a dark grey on top. What do you think? Yes, no? If I dethaw it to try to tell by smelling it, I will fail. I'm never able to detect meat that's gone off until it's gone very off.
Thoughts?
