Congee Recipe

Does anyone here have a recipe for congee . I tried to make it today and it turned out very poorly. I was mostly winging it since I can't find a good recipe online and I botched it royally. The consistency turned out okay but I think I over spiced it or something. I'm especially looking for a brown rice congee recipe.

Also, if you've never played with century eggs before, do! They're so awesome!
