I made a stir fry last night. First I tossed some mustard seeds in the hot oil and waited until they popped. I added onion powder (I need to get some white onion, so this was a poor substitute) and cumin seeds. Then for the meal: I stir-fried corn, okra, stewed tomatoes, black beans, and chik'n (soy-based fake chicken) strips. After it was done, I added some cashews.
So tasty!
