Sourdough French Bread
Here's where I make y'all jealous. I just had a piece of hot, out the oven, sourdough French bread with butter. It was most excellent. Recipe and inspiration from this post: http://community.livejournal.com/food_porn/3420015.html
The bread is airy, with a good crust, and wonderfully sour.
We don't have a camera, so I can't post a picture, but it is beautiful. Now I don't want to share the other 3 loaves (we made 4 total, 3 for a party tonight).
