Thanks for this recipe! I think I'll try dark or possibly even bittersweet chocolate for the fudge filling... milk chocolate is usually much too sweet for me to eat more than a bite's worth, but your closeup pics are such wonderful food porn that I'm compelled to make a batch anyway.
