goat cheese salad
Dear pornistas,
There is a salad that is my utter joy, my best memory from the first time I went to Paris, and I'm looking for something that would come close.
It had medallions of goat cheese melted on to toasts, nice thick slices of baked potato that was the creamiest, most delicious potato I've ever eaten, greens, I think some tomato, and a really tasty vinaigrette.
Really the key things are the melted goat cheese toasts, the vinaigrette and the potatoes.
How can I remake those key elements? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
