Pork Ribs?
I need help! Pork rib help.
I sent my mom to the store to buy some ribs for me to barbecue. She brought home a rack of pork ribs. I don't know why I just expected she'd know that I meant beef ribs. I've never cooked a rack of pork ribs before. Do I boil them first to make them tender? How do I cook them? Bake them? It's WAY too cold to barbecue on my grill right now. Any advice will be appreciated.
