More Lentils

Ok I've been going through all of the wonderful recipes people have given me, and thought that tonight I'm going to make this and maybe put them into a salad

Cooked lentils won't last for more than 2-3 days. And keeping them in a sealed container is always a good idea--that way they won't pick up off odors (or make your milk or butter start to smell like lentils).

i've kept them for a long time...but i'm pretty brave about keeping food too long. essentially, if they smell funny, don't eat 'em. :) and a closed container is a good idea.

I don't know how long they last (I've never had them for more than 48 hours because I eat them!) but they do pick up fridge odours very easily - a sealed container is a must.
