flatbread?
So, I'm making the recently-posted banana chickpea curry for a four-person dinner gathering. When I tried it last week, it was delicious!
I'd love to make bread of some kind to go with it, since I'm not doing a side dish (besides rice). Unfortunately I'm at work until 4:30, and my guests arrive at 6:30, so something time-intensive is not really an option. I was thinking a naan-ish flatbread might be interesting, but there doesn't seem to be much in the tags about it. Does anyone have experience with this type of bread baking? Other ideas also very welcome! Thanks.
