I know this isn't very porn-worthy but I figured that if anyone knew the answer to my question it would be you guys.
I work at a steakhouse and on Friday nights I handle all of the take-out orders. Tonight there was an order for a sirloin that was never picked up so I brought it home. The steak has been sitting in a styrofoam box for 3 hours. I put it in the refrigerator as soon as I got home. Is it still safe to eat? Because I don't really feel like getting e. coli. Thanks in advance!
