too many radishes
Thanks to my CSA deliveries, I've got a surplus of fresh radishes I don't know what to do with. Besides slicing them on top of a green salad, are there any other more interesting things to do with them? I've heard you can cook them, but that seems like kind of a waste to me, since I was told it destroys their heat, and that little kick is what I like about radishes.
