HELP and quick :)
so my friends bday is today and i got told YESTERDAY that they want me to make some food. urg.
anyways, im making a risotto, but they also want a portobello mushroom type thing for the steaks theyre having
anyone have any good portobello mushroom recipes that would be good with steaks? something simple but even complex. No stuffed though - im assuming they want it ON the steaks. im thinking just some grilled mushrooms with onions, but any suggestions? i needthis sooner rather than later as im heading to the store during my break in between classes - and i wont have another opportunity afterwards
