I made
this flan on Friday, half asparagus, and half carrot.
Freshly steamed and pureed vegetables.
The underside of the cooked flan. It was a bit pale, but I was using about 20% of the vegies I should have been. [Must use scales next time.]

I'm plotting and planning new colour combinations, tomatoes and corn. And I think next time, a divider to keep the halves more even. Or, ooh! A tri-colour flan! I could make a Y-shaped divider from cardboard and cover it in plastic! Oh, flan. You've stolen my heart.
