lamb goodness

I bought some lovely lamb ribs yesterday at the farmers' market here. I'm familiar with grilling/broiling lamb, but I'm thinking these deserve something a little more porn-worthy. So I'm looking for any pornish lamb recipes you can think of, that are suited to ribs.

I have a reasonably well-stocked kitchen and I'm capable of picking up some groceries today too, so feel free to suggest anything. :)
