Can homemade pumpkin pie filling be saved? How?
I've got about 5 qts. with eggs and condensed milk in it that I'm not going to use immediately, but I'm not sure about freezing it or if there's something I should do to it before I try to store it. Right now it's in a covered glass bowl in the fridge, but I'm going to need the bowl for other things later in the week. Any expertise is most appreciated.
