Berry Cobbler
Quick Berry Cobbler, preheat oven to 350 F
Melt into baking pan/casserole (9x13)
* 1 stick butter
MIx together in separate bowl
* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 tsp baking powder
Add
* 1 cup milk
Pour into pan holding the butter.
In separate dish
* 2 cups fruit (more or less whole) and
* 2 Cups fruit, sorta crushed with water to equal 2 cups
* 1/2 cup sugar
Pour fruit mixture over the flour mixture.
Bake 30-35 minutes. Till golden brown and just barely firm in the center...
(This is a great cobbler over ice cream. I like it because it is very buttery, and very gooey (although it cooks all the way through--it isn't really cake-y)
