Asian Slaw

I had this red cabbage lurking in the back of my fridge and I had to use it up.

Here's what I threw together:

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
a few green onions


salad, soy sauce, red cabbage
