I was going to do a tofu stir-fry tonight but the tofu has been lurking at the back of the fridge and appears to be about a month past its sell-by date! I need some ideas of what I can make with the following items that I have in the cupboards and fridge (bear in mind I'm vegan)
1 onion
1 lemon
Vegan margarine
Some bottled lemon juice
BBQ sauce
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
2 tins of haricot beans
I've also got herbs, flour, rice and pasta (although I had pasta for lunch so I probably won't want it again), dried vegan "parmesan", buckwheat groats, a few lentils, pearl barley, pot barley, yellow split peas and a few more bits and bobs, and I don't use half of that usually. Any ideas? There's also some frozen vegetables in the feeezer.
