Pots & Pans

I need advice.  Yes, yes, I've looked at reviews and chefs.com and even, Goddess forbid, WalMart...  D:

What I want is real advice from you fabulous cooks:

I need new pans and a bigass crab pot/stew pot.  The pot can wait, but I am in dire need of new pans.  I need a huge, non-stick, deep sautee pan and a frying pan...  Maybe two.  Here's the thing:  I'm hard on pans.  I'm forever burning things... and not by mistake.  I like the way things taste when they're a bit charred.  This is bad for pans, but great for certain dishes.  I need a very hearty pan with the best non-stick surface on earth...  And I'm not rich.

Help?  Please advise me.
