Fried Green Tomatoes

I also found some great green tomatoes at the farmer's market this morning, but I've lost my recipe for fried green tomatoes.

The one I had used bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, seasonings and then they were pan fried in a little oil.

Does anyone have this recipe, or a similar recipe or a favorite of their own? (I'd prefer to stay away from deep frying them.)
