Food processor + veggies ideas needed

Not satisfied to be the only food pornster in the family, I have been enlisting my toddler in helping me cook. While I slave away carmelizing onions I put him to work on the cuisinart, dropping in veggies and watching them become mush.

Here's the dilemma - I've grown tired of our usual (spinach and cottage cheese with garlic and parmesean - yum! fantastic over pasta with some fresh chopped tomato) and need ideas for a veg heavy meal that he can food process to his heart's content. I'm thinking maybe a carrot soup or a broccoli soup? Maybe a mushroom duxelle?

Do you have a favorite carrot or broccoli soup recipe?

Do you have another favorite recipe that frustrates you with how much needs to be put through the food processor? That would be perfect for my 3 year old. Gold stars if the recipie includes broccoli or spinach since those are his favorite foods.

PS - before anyone freaks out - yes it is safe to have my child use the food processor. The food chute and the blades are arranged such that he CANNOT hurt himself. Plus he hasn't gotten the hang of unlocking the top.

Thanks
