Roast Kangaroo and Vegetables

We picked up a Kangaroo "roast" or two and decided tonight would be the night for some roast.

Roast onion and sweet potato with some mixed veg and a lot of gravy (for teh hubby).






Roo roast is more like a larger fillet stuck in netting, the piece we had turned out to be two peices but still yum all the same.
