hehe I guess you'll have to make some then. They take about an hour and a half from start to finish.

Mmmm, those look awesome! I love eating pink treats, so I would really enjoy that pink sea salt!

I bought it from Costco for about $20Can a few months ago. It's really nice stuff. Great for cooking. It's milder in flavour and melts nicely.

I'd buy it just because it's pink! Because I'm silly like that. :)

Not sure if this is precisely what you're using, but pink sea salt (alea, I believe it's called) is a traditional hawaiian ingredient.

I am left handed so sometimes my brain likes to take the longer or more difficult route. When forming the ropes into pretzel shapes, you may want to skip step 3 and follow steps 1,2 & 4. I found it easier to flip the "legs" over the loop and then pick the whole lot up and flip it over.

Ummmm.... I make pretzels all the time and your picture #3 looks like a "regular" pretzel and your picture #4 looks like... well, an upside-down backwards pretzel. I suppose it doesn't matter as long as it tastes yummy as it looks! ;-)

And I'm left-handed too so that is no excuse!

hehe Well, it wasn't an excuse so much as an explanation for my way of thinking. I tend to think backwards differently on a lot of things.

You can make the pretzels "regular" if you prefer. :D This is how I did it. And they are delicious.
