3 large tomatoes, chopped into 1 inch cubes
12-15 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, cubed
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
plenty of fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Stir all ingredients in a large bowl and cover; leave for 1 hour to settle.
Cook pasta; blend with room temperature sauce.
Serves 4.
