I have to share with you one of my favourite kitchen utensils. It's not just any vegetable peeler.
This
serated peeler can skim off the skin of a mango or kiwi without taking off any meat. I was making chilli from fresh vegetables from the market and decided to try it out on the tomatoes. It worked like a charm! I made a tomato skin rose, just as they showed in the catalogue. It makes a nice garnish for a salad or any other dish.
