Chicken Stirfry With Peanut Sauce

Jul 05, 2005 20:34

We made a simple Chicken Stirfry and smothered it in Thai peanut sauce. Enjoy!

Here are some pics of our cooking adventure. :)

Main ingredients of green onions, green peppers and three pieces of skinless boneless chicken breast.

Don't forget the rice!! :)

Use peanut oil to fry your chicken breast.

So very, very yummy. This is the best peanut sauce, EVER!

Pour over veggies and chicken and stirfry for about a minute.

The end result.

The recipe.

Peanut Sauce
-------------
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1/2 cup warm water
1t. crushed red pepper
3 cloves garlic
1T. sugar
3T. soy sauce
2t. peanut oil
Add it all in a bowl and stir until well-blended. Best to prepare before you stirfry the chicken and veggies.

Stirfry however much chicken you want in 3T. peanut oil. Add whatever veggies you want to cooked chicken. Stirfry together until veggies are somewhat tender. Add peanut sauce and stirfry for about 30 seconds or so. Be careful because the sauce easily scorches on the pan if left unattended. Add to a bed of rice. Enjoy!!
