I usually make real sushi at home, but I found a rice mold for left over sushi rice at my local Japanese market, so I went crazy.... :)
Inari (fried bean curd w/sushi rice inside)
Sushi Rice with Tamogo (egg)seasoning
Sushi Rice with Ebi (shrimp) seasoning
Vegtable Tempura
Prawns
Potato Croquettes
Gyoza (basically pot stickers japanese style)
Both with a bowl of Miso Soup and then my batteries died :( So that's all you get to see...
