Food in the Seventies
Just a reminder to anyone who watched 'Supersizers Go...'. Tomorrow night they will be going to the 1970s so for anyone who want to know more about food eaten in that era it could be useful TV.
For all those people who don't live in the UK, the BBC website, www.bbc.co.uk, has an iplayer where programmes from the past 7 days can be viewed for free. I have no idea if this works abroad but it should! With this you will be able to watch last weeks episode before it is replaced and tomorrows one as soon as the broadcast on the TV is over.
I personally love it since it is fascinating to see what people used to eat in different times, especially when I then can read a novel and compare!
