it's awkward trying to decide when to leave a party, especially when it's kinda a work party and a former coworkers house welcoming back a wife of a former coworker who came back into town. i like everyone there, but it's one of those like but never see, so had a good time, but then for the last hour was wondering when it's acceptable to leave. too early and it's eat and run, too late and it's overstaying. what is the acceptable time to stay for dinner?
