Malaysia: mwahahaha.
I'm in Malaysia. For now. I leave tomorrow for China, Beijing and Shanghai for awhile, some other bits in bits in the middle. Thailand again, then Malaysia but in a different part. 3+ weeks of Asia. I fecking love it. I have never in my life wanted a holiday as much as I have wanted this one. To say that my life has been ew for awhile, I am not kidding.
Today, I just walked around some markets, and rode a bus that takes you to the main tourist sights of KL. Saw a exhibit of ship wreck treasures at the Malaya museum. (Which for those that don't know, the port of Malaka has been a important post of everyone from the Chinese in the 1100s till the Portuguese and the Dutch in the 1700s). Some of those pieces were beautiful! (Which yes, I squeeled like a mofo because PIRATE TREASURE <3! Or as close as I am going to get.) And when I say it was important as a trading post. I mean when they looking for one ship in particular, in a 29km radius, they found 11 wrecks. \o/
Today also, was a Hindu festival, but I don't know for which God however, it involved a great deal of self mutilation. I didn't see it myself, no way could I stomach that, but I did see the stuff after, of people with bars through their cheeks and they didn't bleed once. fdsajfdksaj!
Apart from that, this is the second day of my holiday. CC: When and if I can, I shall keep all posted.
