Just cause its been going through my mind on people's stance on this sort of thing.
I will use Integra Hellsing as the example as she is the one that made me think of it.
Integra Hellsing is an extremely powerful woman. She gets her orders from the queen, albiet she got it from birth, but she earned it. She's tough and strong in a military position, typically a 'mans world'.
That isn't my question, mine is about the way she dresses. Typically she wears
this.
Now, she's in a mans world, do you deem it sexist that she wears a suit (that she has to seem a man to succeed in a mans world), or empowering (that she doesnt have to appear woman and dress like female anime characters normally dress)?
Not an important question, true, but I want to know what others think.
