That's good. Performing first aid on yourself is quite difficult, especially with more severe wounds. Can you hand me a splint and that roll of bandages? You can help me change this man's bandages.

Thank you. *begins removing the soiled bandage on the man's elevated leg, applying a salve on the long gash that was covered* His leg is also broken, so there's only so much a healing arte can do.

That's very good. The healing has already begun.
