A sign of growing up I suppose: for the first time in 10 years of legal adulthood I bought myself a ticket EWR<-->DTW. I have been flying between Newark and Detroit several times a year for a decade. Once I even bought myself a ticket out of MI and into 2 years of that which is now known as the age of Senior Street. But I never in all this time actually bought myself a round trip ticket to go see my parents. I guess it speaks to my fiscal maturity and ability. There is a first time for everything, and today is one of those days.
