Well, the entry I linked you to should clarify a majority of things. However, there are a few other things to note, aside from what I had explained, including a surprising amount of idiocy in this world's residents, often times doing things as irritating as sending pornography to mere children. Not only that, but people have the tendency to try and 'take over', only to fail miserably.
