As charming and no doubt very wise of you all to trust a rumor generated by a man far before the hour of death, pointing the accusing finger at someone of his own distaste, with little idea of time or motive for such a suggestion… I will not personally respond to every daft accusation it spawns.

It is of little concern if you believe this, or choose not to-- I can hardly dissuade every mind, and it is always simpler to point blame and heap anger upon a third party. However, please do not expect to continue leveling allegations, only to show up at my doorstep in need of protection, medications, ect., ect. While I am hardly childish enough to hold such an egotistical grudge, I will seriously doubt the validity of your logic if you summon the further aid of someone whose actions you feel to be uncouth.

Perhaps I should transfer the concepts for the new structure to Mustang's hands, if he won't mess them intolerably... I doubt they will be trustworthy in mine any longer. Delaying this is only more dangerous for them, and it would be my preference to get the hospitals, especially, in place before all else...
This is becoming most troublesome. It was not intelligent of me to have asked you to the meeting, to have given you time to shape this to your liking. I suppose, then, I am somewhat deserving of the mess I should have seen coming. But that you were so willing to die... is highly suspect.

The log is not done yet, however, Jade went in prepared to kill -Inu- rather than -Shigure-; so I am also assuming that Shigure would have done something, deliberately, to make Jade have to get rid of them both for his own safety/based on their wishes. Hence, he will be labeling it a suicide; not to cover anything up. He’ll probably still readily admit he was there, and played a hand in it, to the right people.]
