interesting... as if we didn't know it all ready, Bellingham is officially one of the top 53 overpriced cities to buy houses in. it ranks at the proud number 40. nestled right in close with panama city in florida, and san jose cailfornia. the next time someone tells me that it's better to live here then seattle, in terms of price, i'll tell them seattle was 86 on the list.
