Tomorrow is my secret day off!!
I completely forgot that Thursday was a holiday until B. texted me today asking me to hang out. I was like, I work Thursdays, fool. Oh.
Secret Day Off!!!!
The mayor is in the library, so we can't close. I'm too tired to try to get my picture taken with him or to try and say hi or whatever. Oh Fenty...he's kinda a bald hottie, no? But, his smoothness completely fades away as soon as he opens his mouth...there's something agressive and like, robotic about his speech.
I am reading Diary of a Teenage Girl by Phoebe Gloeckner. It's one of the most realistic diary style teen books I have ever read, and I read all of those so I would know. This one is really for adults. Because of all the raciness and teens having sex with old guys and cartoons of balls. One of my 11 year olds picked it up off my desk and was looking through it though and I was like "umm..." but then I realized continuing and saying "you shouldn't look at that" would just make every kid in the room look at it. So I said "that's really for adults because it has a lot of sex and weird things in it, I shouldn't have left in there, but you can look at it if you want." She looked at it only for a minute and then told me I was wierd.
