HEY GUYS! I've pretty much been absent this past week, which means I haven't really had much of a chance to read everyone's journals and such. So I hope those on my flist are having a great weekend and enjoying this freaking awesome season of Merlin. ♥
For those who I owe gifts for the
merlin_love Fall Swap, I am sending stuff out soon! I've been pretty late getting everything together, and only today I got most of my magnets done. Badges are still underway and hopefully will be done tomorrow night. I've had a busy week, so I've had to delay this. ;__;
Some of you will be getting magnets, others badges (if you made a specific request, then you'll be getting that). One or two will be getting some quirky surprises as asked for.
So I'm thinking of sending out 2-3 parcels tomorrow. I'll PM each person whose gift I've sent out so you know it's a'coming your way!
Here's a list of those I'm doing the swap with:

MERLIN

SERIOUSLY
CAN IT GET ANY BETTER?
Writers, please, stop torturing Merlin, hasn't he been through enough?! You're making him cry again. ;__; But saying that, it was pretty amazing to watch, and - honestly, this is probably one of the most poignant scenes in the show for me. It was just beautiful. You could tell how Merlin was all don't-freak-out-don't-freak-out, but then when everything he tries doesn't work, he's crumbling apart. Can we all take a moment to thank the heavens for Colin Morgan?
The next part in the cave of crystals was AWESOME. I need to re-watch this again, I missed out on a lot of the dialogue because I didn't have subtitles. But it was obviously very discomforting for Merlin. D:
And uh, HOLY CRIPES. Did anyone else think that Arthur might FINALLY have a suspicion that Merlin is keeping something from him? I mean it should look very strange to Arthur that he survived the attack with only a bruise. I think his logic is, again, FINALLY kicking through.
In a nutshell, the rest of the story played out brilliantly. I loved how all the characters handled their grief over Morgana dying. Seeing Arthur out in the rain pummeling the dummy while Merlin watched over him was just... so, wow, you know? On top of that, Uther's moment of heartbreak in the presence of Merlin added to the raw quality of the show. It wasn't just Colin who nailed all the emotional scenes, everyone did.
Speaking of Morgana. Well, Uther is certainly a man full of secrets....
Merlin's voice when he was practising that spell on Morgana? It sounded creepy to me, like it was a different type of magic?
Basically, all that need's to be said right now is, this show. THIS. SHOW. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

As for this week's Supernatural ..... hmmm...... interesting. Castiel doing the air quotes was pretty hilarious. Dean was making all the right expressions in that scene. :D
So the Armageddon isn't over, then? Or, at least not in heaven. I hope this doesn't drag out too long, to be honest. I just want the brothers to go back to hunting and kicking arse.
Weird Sam is weird. Very mysterious. There's a theory going 'round that maybe he's missing his soul? Something's very off.
