Have been looking for it in an on again off again fashion, but so far haven't found it, at least in the local stores. Might have to try on-line one of these days.

Oh, that is a good book - I have it in hard-back and it's well worth the cover price. I think you'll like it - and there's Reasons why Forester chose Pellew for Hornblower's mentor...

Oooh, I really like this one. The author's got a very conversational style, but I considered that a feature, not a bug. :)

Taylor is a journalist by background so is books are very readable, however they are also extremely well researched. Storm and Conquest: The battle for the Indian Ocean is also excellent.
